O2 to get iPhone in the UK

According to the BBC O2 will be getting the iPhone contract in the UK. Press reports are saying that the company is set to sign the exclusive deal and should have the phones before Christmas this year.

A spokesman for O2 would not comment on the matter when asked about it.

They are expected to sell for about £300, although no one is predicting the length or data plan on the contract. O2 don't currently have an unlimited data contract, could the iPhone change this.

I wont be getting one and now I'm defiantly not getting one (if they get the contract) I don't like O2's customer service and I wont be using them due to that. Although i might get a second generation if they get some features, I current have a Nokia n95 and I am very happy with it.
